Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Life Time Academy.

The role emphasizes safe, fun, and educational play, with responsibilities spanning activity delivery, safety, documentation, and program promotion. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience engaging groups of children, and a willingness to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsabilités

• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors safety and maintains a healthy environment with toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational docs, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes team member evaluations and provides feedback.
