Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from three months to 11 years and ensure a safe, entertaining environment within the Life Time Academy and classes.

You will greet members, facilitate storytelling, arts and crafts, and games, while maintaining safety standards and promoting Life Time Kids programs. Relevant certifications are required and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsabilités

• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children with storytelling, crafts, singing and games.
• Monitors safety and healthy environment for toys, equipment and children.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes team member evaluations and provides coaching as needed.
