Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants must obtain Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly professional manner.
• Engage children aged 3 months to 11 years in activities like storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintain safe environment regarding toys and equipment.
• Keep operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists updated.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete team member evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
