Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within our Academy and classes. You will create a fun, inclusive environment while promoting Life Time programs and services.

In this role you will greet members, guide group activities, maintain safety standards, manage documentation, and coach team members to deliver high-quality child care experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must complete all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and maintains a safe and healthy environment around toys, equipment, other children and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.
