Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, coordinate games, and ensure a healthy environment.

You will promote Life Time Kids programs, complete staff evaluations, and maintain documentation while supervising staffing and cleaning checklists. Requirements include a High School Diploma, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days, and state/federal prerequisites as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire.
• Must complete all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment for children and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation and delegates cleaning checklists and staffing.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback/coaching.
