Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Kids Instructor to provide education- and fitness-minded programming for children aged 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct and supervise activities, and may host parties and events for young members.

Responsibilities include greeting families, supporting cognitive and physical development, managing class setup and transitions, and maintaining a safe environment while engaging children with positive approaches and clear parent communication.

Qualifications

• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests professionally.
• Fosters development by instructing activities per Kids Academy schedule.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to/from programming.
• Maintains attendance/development/incidents records.
• Keeps environment safe and clean; manages toys and equipment.
• Uses positive behavior strategies and communicates with parents and teammates.
• Promotes all Junior programming to increase participation.
• Maintains Kid Academy areas and restocks supplies; handles incidents calmly.
