Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver engaging educational and fitness-minded activities for children from 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.

The role includes hosting events and ensuring safe, entertaining programming in a dynamic club environment. The ideal candidate will support cognitive, social, and physical development through structured activities, maintain attendance and safety records, and communicate clearly with parents and team members.

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED within the first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Instructs organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains records of children’s attendance, development, and incidents.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment and uses positive behavior management.
• Promotes all Junior programming to increase participation in Kids & Aquatics.
• Maintains the Kids Academy and other areas by following cleaning checklists and restocking.
• Handles incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
