Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to provide educational and fitness-minded programming for children aged 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. The role includes hosting parties and events as needed, maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities include instructing activities, keeping attendance and incident records, and promoting junior programming to increase participation across Kids & Aquatics programs.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• Ability to engage a group of children ages 3 months to 11 years in activities.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs and organizes activities following the Kids Academy Schedule.
• Prepares for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
