Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.

You will host parties/events and lead activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in a fun, safe environment. Responsibilities include greeting members, organizing classes, monitoring safety, maintaining attendance records, and collaborating with parents.

Qualifications

• Customer service and strong communication with parents and team members.
• Ability to engage a group of children in activities.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs and organizes activities to support children’s development.
• Prepares for classes and transfers children to/from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development, and incident records.
• Monitors safety and environment around toys and equipment.
• Communicates clearly with parents and team members.
