Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct and supervise activities for ages from three months to eleven years, including hosting parties and other events.

Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting Junior programming, maintaining a safe environment, keeping attendance records, and coordinating with parents and staff. First aid/ CPR certifications required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Experience with organizing activities for young children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests professionally.
• Instructs activities to support children's development.
• Prepares setup and transfers children between classes.
• Keeps attendance and incident records.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment.
• Uses positive behavior management and communicates with parents.
• Promotes Junior programming to boost participation.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocks supplies.
• Handles incidents calmly.
