Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded activities for children from ages three months to 11 years within the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and supervise safe, fun programs and may host parties and events.

The role requires first aid and CPR certifications within 60 days, with prior experience in teaching young children and strong customer service skills. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification and Infant/Child CPR/CPR certification required within first 60 days of hire.
• 6+ months of teaching children ages 3–11 in similar programs or activities preferred.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Instructs organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development, and incident records.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment and uses positive behavior management techniques.
• Promotes Junior programming to increase participation across Kids & Aquatics.
• Restocks supplies and cleans program areas; handles incidents calmly.
