Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded activities for children from 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and supervise safe, fun programming and may host parties or events as needed.

Ideal candidates engage groups, communicate well with parents, and uphold safety standards. Certification in First Aid/CPR within 60 days is required. On-site role with flexible hours in a community-oriented gym setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child/Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire.
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED is acceptable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instruct organized activities and games for ages 3 months to 11 years.
• Prepare and set up for classes; transfer kids to and from programming.
• Maintain attendance, development records and incident logs.
• Promote Junior programming to boost participation across Kids & Aquatics.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe play environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
• Restock supplies and assist with incident handling as needed.
