Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programs for children from 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will host activities, assist with events, and promote junior programming.

The role requires engaging children, maintaining safety, and collaborating with parents and staff. First Aid/CPR certification is required within 60 days, with prior experience desirable. This is a part-time, on-site position at our Brookfield location.

Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching children ages 3–11 in similar programs.
• First Aid/CPR certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Patience and ability to engage groups of kids during activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instruct organized activities to support children's development.
• Prepare and set up classes and escort children to/from programming.
• Maintain attendance, development, and incident records.
• Monitor safety and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Use positive behavior management and clear parent communication.
• Promote junior programming to boost participation.
• Keep Kids Academy areas clean and restock supplies after classes.
• Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
