Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver fun and educational fitness-minded programming for children from three months to 11 years old in our Kids Academy. The role includes hosting events and parties as needed and guiding children through structured activities.

You will greet families, support developmental growth, and maintain safe, organized class environments while communicating with parents and team members. Prior Learnings and certifications accelerate onboarding.

Qualifications

• Less than a high school diploma or GED.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Learnings prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Foster development through organized activities per schedule.
• Prepare for class and transfer kids to/from programming.
• Maintain attendance records and incidents.
• Ensure safety around toys and equipment.
• Use positive behavior management and communicate with parents.
• Promote Junior programming to boost participation.
• Maintain Kids Academy areas and restock supplies.
• Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
