Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, or in process with completion within five years.
• Current unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing (or multistate licensure if in an NLC state).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant center referrals and patient workups.
• Manage designated caseload before and after transplant.
• Provide patient, family, and staff education.
• Ensure compliance with governing agencies' policies and procedures.
