U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based nutrition care for patients with kidney disease.

You will work under supervision of a Regional Manager and collaborate with physicians and facility staff to deliver high-quality patient nutrition services. The role emphasizes patient assessments, education on fluids and CKD-related diets, and participation in monthly care conferences to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN certification with proof of registration (CDR) and degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in clinical nutrition as an RD.
• LD/LDN license in applicable state required unless specific state exemptions.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient nutrition therapy using current, science-based practices and consult with physicians.
• Review lab results and educate on fluid, sodium, potassium, and CKD-MBD management.
• Conduct patient assessments and participate in monthly interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, facility admin, social workers, nurses, and care staff to maintain positive relationships.
