Ideal candidates bring strong communication and CRM experience, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. This is a full-time role with base pay plus commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Ability to conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Capable of maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow up on dealership leads via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Collaborate with management and finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
