Hendrick Kia of Concord is hiring Sales Consultants for our growing Kia dealership. Full-time positions offer rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts with dealership hours 9:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience in automotive or similar fast-paced environment.
• Previous dealership experience is highly desirable; motivated newcomers with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and retail math principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles from our Kia inventory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting vehicle features, technology, and EV/hybrid capabilities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and B2B interactions.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively and ethically.
• Recommend additional products — warranties, accessories, and service packages — to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay current on Kia product lineup, EV technology, and industry trends.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the sales team.
