Crowley Kia in Bristol, CT, is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience for customers. You will guide buyers through features, tech setup, and ownership resources, coordinating with sales and service teams to prepare vehicles and documents before appointments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to explain technology clearly while maintaining a welcoming customer environment during dealership operating hours.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries.
• Prepare vehicles and delivery documents prior to customer appointments.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct vehicle orientation sessions explaining features and maintenance requirements.
• Assist customers with Bluetooth pairing, Kia Connect setup, navigation, and other vehicle technologies.
• Maintain delivery schedules and customer appointment calendars.
• Communicate with sales, service, and admin teams regarding readiness.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

The Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional vehicle delivery experience. This position serves as the final step in the sales process by helping customers understand their new Kia vehicle's features, technology, and ownership resources.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable demonstrating vehicle technology and features.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries.Prepare vehicles and delivery documents prior to customer appointments.Review paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.Conduct vehicle orientation sessions, explaining features, controls, technology, and maintenance requirements.Assist customers with Bluetooth pairing, Kia Connect setup, navigation functions, and other vehicle technologies.Ensure customers are familiar with their vehicle prior to delivery.Maintain delivery schedules and customer appointment calendars.Communicate with sales, service, and administrative teams regarding vehicle readiness.Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.Support dealership events, customer clinics, and product demonstrations.Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience at all times.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology and features.Basic computer proficiency.PreferredAutomotive dealership experience.Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.Experience with CRM or dealership management software.Bilingual abilities are a plus.ScheduleFull-time position.
