We're seeking an experienced automotive finance professional with 2+ years of experience, strong lender relationships, and a proven track record of maximizing product penetration and deal profitability.

This is a high-volume, high-expectation opportunity for someone competitive, accountable, and driven to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager experience required.
• AFIP certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven ability to achieve strong PVR and product penetration results.
• In-depth knowledge of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize backend gross through effective product presentation and deal structuring.
• Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above performance benchmarks.
• Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days.
• Partner with Sales Managers to structure deals and drive profitability on every transaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and complete deal paperwork.
• Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing.
• Track and improve key performance metrics, including PVR, product penetration, and finance income.
