Job summary

Jerry Seiner South Jordan KIA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership. You will structure deals, maximize profitability, and present service contracts and protection products while maintaining lender relationships.

Bring 2+ years of automotive finance experience, a proven closing ability, and AFIP certification or willingness to obtain it. We offer aggressive pay, PTO from day one, and comprehensive benefits in a growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Proven ability to achieve strong PVR and product penetration results.
• In-depth knowledge of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and compliance.
• Confident closer who can handle objections and maximize every opportunity.
• Competitive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
• AFIP certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Maximize backend gross through effective product presentation and deal structuring.
• Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above performance benchmarks.
• Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days.
• Partner with Sales Managers to structure deals and drive profitability on every transaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and complete deal paperwork.
• Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing.
• Track and improve key performance metrics, including PVR, product penetration, and finance income.
