Job summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Supervisor for its Jersey Gardens location in Elizabeth, New Jersey. You will support management with daily store operations, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Lead the sales floor, build client relationships, stay guest-ready, and demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, brand DNA, and pillars. Flexibility for retail hours, including evenings and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales, or related roles with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates passion for brand DNA and product offering.

Responsibilities

• Support store management with daily operations and guest experience.
• Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators.
• Lead the sales floor and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain store standards and ensure organization of sales floor and stockroom.
• Open/close the store and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Build client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge.
