Job summary

Marc Jacobs Burlington seeks a Keyholder to support daily store operations, open/close procedures, and cash handling while delivering exceptional client experience. You will lead in the absence of management, assist with sales, and help achieve KPIs through product knowledge and clienteling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ retail experience.
• Reliable, dependable and responsible.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with de-escalation skills.
• Cash handling and deposit preparation with accuracy.
• Able to manage tasks and keep a clean, efficient workspace.
• Identify problems and find quick solutions.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Keep the store guest-ready and welcoming.
• Showcase styling expertise and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Guide clients through the journey to build repeat business.
• Understand Marc Jacobs Universe, brand DNA and pillars.
• Cultivate client relationships and data for follow-up.
• Support stockroom organization and readiness of the sales floor.
• Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Prepare bank deposits and reconcile cash registers at day end.
