Job summary

Family Dollar in Durant, OK, seeks a part-time customer service associate to greet customers, help with merchandise, and complete sales using the POS system. You will support store operations and assist the Store Manager with daily activities, inventory, and replenishment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing when needed, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to greet customers, answer questions and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise and complete sales transactions.
• Open or close store in absence of management and support store operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Keep store clean, organized, and presentable for customers.
• Stock shelves, transfer merchandise from stockroom, and recover merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help protect assets.
