Job summary

Spec's Family Partners in Texas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store goals, driving profitability, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will supervise hourly staff, assist in scheduling, training, and daily operations including cashiering, stocking, and receiving.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory or retail management experience, an associate degree or higher, and may be bilingual.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 to work at Spec's.
• Previous supervisory or MIT program completion preferred.
• Retail sales management experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff and manage daily activities.
• Assist in hiring and training using our HCM system.
• Ensure guest service standards and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and store cleanliness.
