Job summary

Specs Family Partners in Sachse, TX is seeking a capable supervisor to assist the Store Manager and leadership team in achieving store objectives, maximizing sales, and maintaining productivity. You will supervise sales staff, stockers, cashiers, and other team members while supporting in-store operations and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program is preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; experience can substitute.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; read/write business English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff and review daily activities.
• Open/close the store, manage keys and alarm system.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and till reconciliation.
• Assist Store Manager in scheduling and task assignment.
• Train team members on operations and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory prep and receiving paperwork.
