Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and District Manager in achieving store objectives, supervising hourly staff, and maintaining high guest service standards. You will assist in hiring, scheduling, and inventory processes while ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

The role requires previous supervisory experience, an associate degree or higher, and strong communication skills to manage a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program is required.
• We’d prefer retail sales management experience.
• We’d like you to have an associate degree or higher, but sometimes, experience is the best education.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff in day to day activities; Responsibilities include staff training, directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems with Store Manager/District Manager input when necessary.
• Assist Store Manager in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
• Assist in hiring using our Human Capital Management system and ensure hours compliance for all staff.
• Maintain guest service standards, resolve guest concerns, and support loss prevention and safety.
