Job summary

Spec's in Texas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store objectives. You will supervise hourly staff, handle daily operations, conduct scheduling, and assist in payroll controls as needed to drive profitability.

You will model exceptional guest service, train team members, maintain pricing and displays, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program.
• Retail sales management experience preferred.
• An associate degree or higher; experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff and ensure service standards.
• Assist in hiring and staff development.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Store Manager/ District Manager on disciplinary actions and training.
• Ensure till accuracy, cash handling, and bank deposits.
