Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service at our Atlanta location. You will contribute to building relationships with customers and maintaining brand standards across the store.

Ideal candidates have retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and build relationships that drive repeat business.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store and personal sales goals.
• Maintain neat, organized store presentation and visual standards.
• Support with opening/closing procedures and training new staff.
