Kiehl’s Since 1851 in Atlanta is seeking a Store Manager to support the District Manager in achieving store and individual sales goals while delivering best-in-class service.

You will lead by example, provide training, ensure visual standards, manage open/close procedures, and maintain a neat, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience required.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist District Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Effectively execute visual directives and education selling tools.
