Job summary

Lindt is seeking a passionate Keyholder to join our store team in California. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations as a leader on duty. Availability is 25–30 hours per week with a pay rate of $19/hour.

You'll assist with opening/closing, mentor teammates, handle cash, and contribute to visual merchandising and corporate gifting initiatives while ensuring brand standards and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Familiar with POS and cash handling.
• Flexible with weekend/holiday availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, opening/closing the store.
• Support team to meet daily sales targets and deliver customer experiences.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Assist with visual merchandising and in-store activations.
• Welcome customers, provide product information and personalized assistance.
• Handle returns and resolve customer concerns.
• Promote corporate gifting options and coordinate related orders.
• Assist with cash handling duties and inventory duties.
