Away is seeking a Keyholder to join our Georgetown storefront. You will embody our brand standards, deliver exceptional service, and support in-store operations while guiding a team of retail associates.

This full-time role requires open weekend availability, including one weekend day, and participation in the team to meet store KPIs. You will help with onboarding and assist with store events and programming to engage the Away community.

Qualifications

• You have retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• You communicate clearly and coach team members.
• You are reliable and collaborative.
• You can lift up to 25 pounds.
• You can stand for extended periods.
