Job summary

Hill House Home seeks a Keyholder to lead the retail team at our Georgetown, DC store and become a pivotal part of the Hill House family.

You’ll role-model exceptional service, mentor a passionate team, and partner with store leadership to manage staffing, inventory, and visual displays while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is estimated at $22+ per hour, with a full-time retail schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or service industry management background.
• Passion for people development and customer experiences.
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication and motivational attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with clients and achieving service goals.
• Ensure smooth store operations, adhere to policies, and maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations to address business goals.
• Support Store Manager with staffing plans, inventory management, and visual displays.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
