Kiehl's Since 1851 in Troy, MI is seeking a Keyholder to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales while upholding the heritage of our old-world apothecary.

This role requires a High School Diploma, US work authorization, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will open/close the store, maintain visual standards, and train new teammates while contributing to short- and long-term

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
