Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 is seeking a Keyholder in Hoboken, NJ to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain visual standards and brand image while supporting daily store operations and training new staff.

Required are retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication, basic computer skills, and availability for two closing shifts weekly plus two full weekends per month. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others.
• Analytical and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and build relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain product and brand image presentation and store cleanliness.
• Open and close procedures; support training of new staff.
