Job summary

The Paper Store is hiring for a Part Time Key Holder in Eatontown, NJ. You will deliver world class service, assist customers, coach team members, and help maintain merchandising standards while supporting store opening and closing tasks.

Responsibilities include leading by example with the GUEST service approach, processing returns and exchanges, and staying mobile on the sales floor. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multitasking while staying attentive to customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to lead in a team environment and be mobile on the sales floor.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. with proper safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers using the GUEST service approach to deliver World Class Service.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve sales and service.
• Process customer returns and exchanges; supervise the sales floor.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store readiness.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; comply with dress code and policies.
