Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder to assist with daily retail store operations, drive sales through exceptional client experiences, and safeguard store assets. This in-store role supports the sales team and ensures adherence to brand standards.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 20 pounds. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

• Maintain cash accuracy according to procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.

• Resolve client issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide feedback on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain visual and operational standards as directed by stores teams.
