Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Keyholder to help manage daily store operations, sales, and client experience at our retail location in Hawaii. You will safeguard assets, open/close the store, and support the sales team while upholding brand standards and core values.

The role is part-time, hourly, non-exempt, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect opportunities for growth, product discounts, and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft & Apple technology and familiarity with store software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, sales, client experience, and safeguarding assets.
• Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transactions per operating procedures and manage opening/closing.
• Be a collaborative elevated team member, prioritizing service and resolving client issues.
• Provide feedback to management on selling opportunities and store opportunities.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards as directed by Visual/Operations teams.
