Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder for our Jacksonville store to assist with daily operations, sales, customer service and asset protection. This role requires presenting and selling Lilly Pulitzer merchandise in line with the brand, greeting customers, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will learn brand concepts, merchandise knowledge, and the POS system while balancing customer needs and store efficiency. Prior retail experience is required; a four-year degree is preferred.

• A four year college degree is preferred, but not required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, sales, customer service and asset protection.
• Present and sell Lilly Pulitzer merchandise consistent with the brand.
• Greet customers and provide sales assistance to close merchandise.
• Know merchandise on the floor and suggest items to customers.
• Use POS software for transactions, inventory, and opening/closing registers.
• Safeguard store assets and maintain inventory integrity.
• Support management with merchandising, floor displays, and promotions.
• Build a personal client book to drive repeat business.
