Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations, drive sales, and safeguard assets in our NC location. The role emphasizes exceptional client experience, collaboration with the sales team, and adherence to company standards.

You will participate in opening/closing, handle transactions accurately, and embody Lilly Pulitzer Core Values while maintaining visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, colleagues and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.
• Stand and move around the store during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and sales.
• Provide exceptional client experience and support sales team.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy per procedures.
• Open and close the store.
