Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. You will showcase leadership, guide the sales team, and manage essential cash reconciliation and opening/closing responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have retail cosmetics experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics is preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring is desirable.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example with top-tier customer service and coaching for the sales team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Handle opening and closing of the store on a rota basis.
• Help achieve sales and customer service targets while maintaining brand standards.
