Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will coach staff, manage start/end of day cash, and participate in opening/closing on a rota basis.

Ideal candidates have retail experience in cosmetics, strong service skills, and previous supervisory exposure, with willingness to work days, nights, weekends and special events. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in retail operations including cash reconciliation.
• Supervisory experience coaching teams to achieve targets.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to achieve targets.
• Open and close the store; perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
