Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a dedicated Dry Goods Keyholder in Illinois to support store operations and lead by example in customer service and product knowledge. You will help create an exciting shopping environment and train new hires to uphold our standards.

In this role you will open and close, greet customers, share features, unpack stock, keep the store visually appealing, and strive to meet sales goals while building lasting relationships with shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet individual sales and account goals.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers.
• Experience unpacking and displaying stock.
