Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC is seeking a part-time store associate in Louisville, KY. You will greet customers, help with merchandise selection, and complete sales while maintaining store appearance and inventory.

You may assist the Store Manager with daily activities and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet and assist customers with merchandise selection and location
• Ability to process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Experience in retail operations and customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases to maximize sales
• Open/close duties and store opening/closing when needed
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and accurate inventory
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and team guidance
• Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts
