Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a part-time associate in Lithia Springs, GA. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales with the POS system while helping maintain inventory and store appearance.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, stocking, and supporting management in opening/closing duties as needed. Prior retail experience is preferred; ability to work flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or related environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Open/close responsibilities in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Support store operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
