Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring quality in-store experiences. You’ll lead opening/closing, POS operations, and omni-channel fulfillment while championing product knowledge and brand standards.

Your role focuses on coaching, visual merchandising, and data-driven decisions to boost sales and protect assets. Availability includes weekends and holidays, with hours varying weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze store reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and culture.
