DXL Group in Los Angeles is seeking a self-driven Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who excels in customer service and coaching teammates to meet ambitious goals in a fast-paced setting.

You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and act as a product knowledge expert across a broad range of apparel, including private labels and tailored clothing. You will coach the sales team on selling skills and operational procedures to drive store performance.

Qualificações

• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests by spending quality time, asking questions to learn needs, preferences and lifestyle
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures to build a superior, customer-focused sales team
