Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support sales objectives and drive store performance. You will lead daily operations, mentor associates, and champion our customer-first selling culture through product knowledge and engaging service.

This role requires flexibility for varied shifts and peak periods. You will partner with store leadership to execute procedures, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects our brand values

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in-store.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
• Set daily goals and drive execution of opening/closing routines and bank processes.
• Develop connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution and visual presentation as needed.
