Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, store policies, and company strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team as shifts begin.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers via needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards throughout the store.
• Help with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and daily physical activity.
