Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Texas is hiring a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through store and operational tasks. You will be a front-line leader, building brand ambassadors and delivering personalized service.

You will lead opening/closing routines, coach associates, manage customer experiences, and ensure product knowledge and store standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and store standards and physical requirements.
